What kind of food do you make here?
We focus on the barbecue aspect of Korean food, but we don’t do it in a way where people cook it themselves. We want people to be able to take individual portions of the Korean barbecue out, have the sides, have it seasoned. We use really good quality meats that we get through local suppliers, but we try to do it efficiently, so we don’t have to charge you an arm and a leg to get really good quality meat. Our ribeye is a steak-quality ribeye, but we cut it really thinly and season it. Then we have some non-traditional stuff, like kimchi fries and chicken wings. We also have some street food that I used to eat a lot when I was growing up, like skewers.
