Sabores Del Sur

Why did you start Sabores Del Sur?
When I got to the United States many years ago, 29 to be exact, I got here by myself, and nobody would cook what I cook—nobody. In order for me to have what I like, I had to make it myself. Now, when people come they say, “Oh my god, it’s just like in Santiago!”
